JadeDropTM
JadeDropTM is our Prime Baijiu. A clear liquor, distilled from Swiss organic millet according to our own recipe, of course kept secret. JadeDropTM is inspired by the Chinese Baijiu (Chinese for “white alcohol”), which is highly valued in the Chinese culture.
Taste
The taste of JadeDropTM is unusual. In the nose fruity, in the finish gentle cereal notes dominate. Drink JadeDropTM straight and you’ll feel its heat running down your throat – as hot as a dragon’s fire, as a Chinese friend once explained Baijiu to us. We quickly realized that JadeDropTM is also very easy to mix. Our current favorites – JadeDropTM-Tonic! or JadeDropTM-Margherita.
Origin
JadeDropTM was developed in Ramsen, the idea for it was created in Stein am Rhein. A central ingredient in the entire manufacturing process is of course water. The water of the Rhine near Stein am Rhein has the best drinking quality, around 4 million people in the Lake Constance region depend on this pure drinking water.
A Chinese friend told us that she pronounces Stein am Rhein in Chinese like “Jade Stein am Rhein”. Jade because the river Rhine here is so beautifully jade coloured, slightly green but still incredibly clear. With JadeDropTM we now want to enable the whole world to enjoy a drop of Rhine – distilled with the best Swiss organic millet as the key ingredient.
